'Not including the Ocean, more than half of all the water in California is polluted, according to the EPA'

Gee, I wonder if this means another unconstitutional power grab by the EPA?

The Environmental Protection Agency released a new report on the condition of the lakes and rivers in California. Over a million acres of waterways aren't meeting safety standards.

Not including the Ocean, more than half of all the water in California is polluted, according to the EPA. Water officials say pesticides, bacteria, and metals are the most common pollutants.

Really? So half of all of California's water is polluted?

Then it should be easy to point to statistical evidence including increased numbers of birth defects, instances of poisoning, premature deaths and other symptoms in areas suffering from "pollution". Right?

Don't hold your breath waiting for the EPA to show evidence before it uses a tyrannical ruling to seize more power.

If we don't obliterate these leftists at the ballot box in 2012, this country is toast.
