It was my birthday.

I had a lovely day with Boo & two amazing nights out with all my friends from uni.
SUCH a happy girl at the moment i can't even explain!

Hangover Thursday.

Oh i feel so so poorly & i have nobody to blame but myself & a bottle of vodka.
Unfortunately hangovers don't feel any better as a brunette.
I'm not going to complain too much though because i had so much fun last night.
Needless to say i didn't make my 9am lecture today - but i did go in & collect some exam results, during the week i got my first marked assignment back to count towards this year as well.
Quite pleased really :)

2.01.2011: Happy New Year!

I hope everyone had a fab NYE. I definitely did, Boo and i went to a masquerade 'ball'/club and danced all night until out legs literally couldn't dance anymore.

I've never really been one for making resolutions at New Year, but this year i'd like to;

1. Grow my hair really really long & keep it healthy

2. Become less attached to my blackberry

3. Live more for the moment & stop worrying about the future/waiting on the past

4. Move on

5. Fun > Serious

In love with my Fur head band. I bought this from Primark about a month ago & it's doing a good job of keeping me warm through this white winter! It was cheap as chips and i love it :)

I think this is the first proper picture where you can see my hair cut as well, think i've ditched the extensions for a while now, we'll see though..

Yesterday, while doing some christmas shopping i decided to treat myself to a St Germaine lippy to add to my collection, so far so good!

I am working every day now until christmas, so although i'm home from university, i probably won't find anymore time to blog until after christmas (hopefully with a proper camera again and not rubbish photobooth pictures!)

Oh, Hello.

I miss doing my blog "properly". No more slap dash posts with pictures of nights out.

My blog is coming up to being a year old & i'm going to try my hardest to make time to do it how i used to. Until i get a new camera you may have to make do with photobooth pictures like these.

Just a couple of photos from photobooth that were taken this weekend when Abby, my friend from uni, came to stay at my house for the weekend.

Was such a lovely weekend; fireworks, shopping, drinks and dancing.

As soon as she has the time to upload them, i'm sure i'll bombard you with pictures from then, and from last night when we went to the Leeds Invasion.. Needless to say i don't feel my best today..hence the rubbish post.

After my camera got stolen on a night out, i have a sufficient lack of pictures to share with you in this update, apart from these drunken photobooth snaps & a few inappropriate, but hilarious, photos from facebook which i decided against posting on my blog ;)

I'm still having a fab time at uni, and have come home this weekend f0r my sister's birthday. I managed to fit in some shopping & picked up MAC "Costa Chic" lipstick, which i absolutely love, so expect a post about it when i have a new camera!

Since going to uni, i've also realised how much i do actually love baths, i miss mine so much, so whenever i visit home, i come via lush to pick up some bubblebars - i chose "dorothy" this weekend, so lovely.

I will post again soon, with some lippie pictures & probably a bit more chit chat (hopefully more interesting than this post was..)

October Update.

Helloooo. You may or may not have noticed my lack of blogging since i got to uni, and you may or may not be bothered by it, ha. I have been, and still am, so so busy. Too much fun & now also too much work.

I'm in two minds about keeping my blog going or just giving it a break for now.

We'll see.

Anyway, just a little update, now the real work has kicked in and freshers week is over. I wish i could do it all over again! It's difficult, but so interesting & i'm a lucky lucky girl having such fabulous, gorgeous friends here.

I've also fallen completely head over heels in love with Meadowhall & spent far too much money there a couple of weekends ago!

In other news, i lost my Vegas Volt lipstick on a night out dressed up as a pirate, disappointing.

I just thought i'd do this very quick post during a rare gap in my timetable, to let you know i'm still here, still vain & taking pictures, and still hanging on to my blog for now!

I'm moving house.

Hello Girlies ♥

As i write this little post to let you know what's happening with me, i'm packing up my bedroom (the last room in the house not to be organised..surprise surprise) and getting ready to begin the move! It's all very exciting, but going to be a very busy, stressful couple of days!

Once we're in the new house (sleeping there for the first time tomorrow night!) i'm not sure how long it will be until all the little things like internet access are sorted out, and so for now i shall be absent from here for a little while.

Hey girls.

Just a really quick post because i can't keep quiet any longer!

In my last post i mentioned some "exciting news" - i'm now going to spill!

Basically, a little while ago i got an email from a lovely lady (and magazine editor) saying that she read my blog and liked the way that i write. She asked me to do some features for a magazine for Graduate Fashion Week in London 6-10 June. Not quite believing it all, I wrote some articles for her and then a couple of weeks later got an email confirming that my piece is going into the magazine, and it goes to print tomorrow!! I think that the photo above is also going to feature, or a different one that she has of me, it will be a surprise, ha. Very excited that i got this opportunity, still can't believe it though! I will post some scans of the article and stuff when i receive the magazine in a couple of weeks :)

Little update.

Helloo girls.

Short little post, but felt like doing a quickie, you know how it is! Feeling a little sad this weekend, but a good night out with my girls, involving a LOT of dancing and laughing helped me along. I have just been for a long countryside drive to relieve a bit of tension and sang my heart out, not advisable with a voice like mine, but who cares when you're inside your car. It makes me laugh when a car pulls along side me and double takes at my mouth being wide open hitting the high notes, haha!

If you follow me on twitter (although my send request button to follow me appears to have stopped working, any ideas how to fix this anybody!?) you may have read a tweet last week saying that i was doing something potentially exciting, it's still a work in progress, and it's still potentially exciting, and i still don't really want to spill any details until i know the full deal ;)

Anyway, this picture of my friend Beth and I being bunnies made me laugh so i thought i'd share it with you! May do a face of the night/outfit of the night if people want? Although it was nothing special as i had about half an hour between finishing work and going out! I was like a make-upping machine!
